Ski & Snowboard Guides and Instructors

We are looking for Ski and Snowboard guides to assist on tours and eventually run solo tours, This will require the applicant to be confident in hard and challanging terrain or be willing to learn and go on courses to obtain these skills. An avalanche safety course would be ideal but not required as we can look at getting this sorted.

Applicants will need to provide exceptional customer service on and off the snow and be able to make this a fun experience for all customers, this will also require you to take guests out for meals and show them around Furano and assist in any general enquires. Occasinally you may also be required to stay in the same accomodations as the guests but this will be in a private room provided by the company.

Guest Services & Booking Agent

The role will be based in our Furano office year round and will require exceptional customer service to help our customers have a world class experience. All training will be provided but any experience in the area would be ideal, another bonus would be the ability to speak English and Japanese to help with the booking process.

This position requires a passion for the ski industry and will also give you the opportunity to get out on the snow on some tours as we believe you need to know what your selling to be able to sell it.
